On developments we work under brokerage, we split the final commission 50/50 with you. Designed for the broker who brings a client from another city or country: you bring the relationship, we bring the local ground your client needs.
We work as a team: you bring the half only you have, we bring ours. That 50/50 rests on three things:
Your commission, backed.
We work with prior commission agreements and a direct relationship with the developer. Your payout doesn't hinge on closing a deal with a third party you don't know — we aim to back it in advance.
Your client's risk, covered by both of us.
You know your client and have their trust; we know the ground, the developer, and every detail of the zone. Together we cover the two halves a sound investment needs: the relationship and the local context.
The tour, handled.
We accompany your client on tours of the proposals and developments, with a vehicle and a Propyte advisor. And if you can't join the tour with them, we handle it anyway — without affecting your commission.
