Palo Santo corresponds to the villa sector of the masterplan, presented as "ALOE / PALO SANTO VILLAS." It is the development's other major phase, complementary to Lavanda.

It shares the same development prototypes (CASA, GARDEN, ROOF A, and ROOF B) and the per-private-enclave amenities scheme. The plan shows a larger expanse of green areas and landscaped walkways around the clubhouse and sports/recreational areas.
Location and Surroundings
Within the masterplan, the villas are distributed across the Aloe (MLT 01) and Lavanda (MLT 02) sectors, with access to the clubhouse + sports and recreational areas, and connection to the main access and commercial area. It shares the same natural surroundings and the strategic location of Saumeria in Tulum described above.
