General Description
Lavanda is one of the private residential sectors within the Saumeria masterplan, identified as MLT 02. It is located in the southern area of the master plan, adjacent to the Aloe sector.
Features and Design
As part of Saumeria, it shares the development's housing prototypes and per-private-enclave amenities. Available prototypes:
CASA — 251 m², 2 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, laundry room, balcony.
GARDEN — 160 m², 1 level, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking space, laundry room, garden.
ROOF A — 126 m², second level, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking space, laundry room, rooftop.
ROOF B — 149 m², second level, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking space, laundry room, rooftop.
Per-private-enclave amenities: pool, chill zone, pet park, children's playground, restrooms, and grills.
Location and Surroundings
Within the masterplan, Lavanda borders the Aloe sector and the clubhouse + sports and recreational areas, with connection to the main access and commercial area. On a macro level, Saumeria holds a strategic location in Tulum, near key points such as the Tulum Airport (under construction), the Maya Train Station, the Centro Tulum Shopping Mall, and bodies of water/cenotes.
Investment and Appreciation
The site does not publish prices or appreciation percentages by phase. At the project level, it only highlights that Saumeria is an investment in a destination with "the highest appreciation."
A couple of notes on choices I made: I rendered cajones as "parking spaces" (the standard term for the bilingual real estate context), and plusvalía as "appreciation," keeping the quoted superlative intact. If you'd prefer cajones as "parking spots" or want plusvalía left in Spanish for brand consistency, let me know and I'll adjust.
